Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
Interact with customers and Outside Sales team members via phone and email regarding project inquiries
Manages CRM system relating to projects
Manage project pipeline
Perform administrative duties including project quoting, project coordination, and project order processing
Supporting Inside Sales Manager
Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Associates Degree + 3-5 years of experience in project coordinating, inside sales support or customer service administration
Advanced Excel, Outlook and CRM experience
Above average math skills including ability to calculate complex discounts/business equations
Salary Information
$55,000 salary
