Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Support & Procurement Coordinator role based in Koror. The coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities, including preparing documentation, maintaining schedules, and following up on action items. Daily responsibilities include coordinating communication among internal teams and external partners, organizing meetings, and supporting project reporting. The role also involves managing procurement processes such as sourcing suppliers, requesting and comparing quotations, preparing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery and inventory status. The coordinator will maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company procedures, and provide general administrative support to help projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications

  • Strong Project Support and Project Coordination skills, including organizing tasks, tracking progress, and supporting project documentation.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, compare quotations, monitor budgets, and support decision-making in project and procurement activities.
  • Effective Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, suppliers, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  • Experience with Administrative Assistance, including managing records, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling office documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory tracking is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business, administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
