Purpose of the Role:
Based in Jet Park, the purpose of the position is to ensure that correct promotional data is compiled and sent out internally and to the Retailers.
Job Description :
- Creating Tactical & Ad hoc promotions.
- Combo checking (test scanning).
- SPAR2U promo suffixes.
- Store claims.
- Assisting in leaflet proofing & page proof updates.
- Promo updates (PPA).
- Apply AS400 Fast path to check leaflets/press ads (Promo Suffixes).
- Service department updates.
- Image download
- Assist costing Guild and, Tactical & Ad Hoc promotions.
- Assist with order by dates and release dates document
- Handle Promotions queries/claims from Retailers.
- Provide additional assistance to the Marketing team when required.
- Reporting: Integrator, PPA, Rewards & Subsidies
- Ensure As400 price change updates filter properly to the integrator.
- 3 Years experience in FMCG environment
- 2 Years experience in admin role
- AS400 and Qlikview
