About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll own the sourcing and procurement process end-to-end—researching and vetting suppliers, negotiating terms, processing purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries—while building strong vendor relationships that keep our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase and customer orders accurately and on time
- Track order status, deliveries, and scheduling updates
- Communicate with vendors and help resolve delivery issues
- Research suppliers and compare pricing, quality, and reliability
- Support internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
Essential Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Russian is a plus
- Comfortable with PC/laptop and stable internet
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Positive, team-player attitude
- Time Zone: APAC & MENA
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- College or university degree
- Additional languages (German, French, Portuguese, Spanish a plus)
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor sourcing
