RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PURCHASING ASSISTANT
Process purchase orders and maintain purchase order database and inventory system
Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
Proficiently use the software programs and be willing to train others
Work with many satellite agencies across Dayton
Additional duties as assigned by Purchasing Manager
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PURCHASING ASSISTANT
3+ years experience in purchasing
Associates’ degree preferred in accounting, finance or a related field
