We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, people-focused Reception and Intake Officer to join Our Physio Co.
This is not your typical admin role — you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and referral partners, playing a key role in delivering a seamless experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Reception and Intake Officer at Our Physio Co, based in Melbourne, VIC, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. Key tasks include managing reception duties such as answering phone calls and inquiries, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients. Additional responsibilities encompass coordinating intake processes, maintaining client records, liaising with Support Coordinators, GP's, Plan Managers & families, and ensuring smooth communication with healthcare professionals.
Who we’re looking for
• Strong admin / customer service experience (NDIS or healthcare preferred)
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident communicator
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Keen to grow into a clinic leadership role
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with office software and client record management systems
- A positive and professional attitude with a focus on delivering quality client experiences
