Job Summary:
Amer Center – Business Bay is seeking a professional, courteous, and experienced Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Arabic. As the face of the center, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while efficiently handling customer inquiries and promoting relevant services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and accurately.
Provide detailed information about Amer services, procedures, and requirements.
Assist clients in completing forms and guide them through the service process.
Promote and upsell Amer Center’s value-added services where applicable.
Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization at all times.
Maintain records of client interactions and transactions accurately.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate to appropriate departments when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service/sales role.
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a sales-driven approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
Knowledge of Amer Center services and procedures is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or office administration are a plus.
