Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, support office operations, and provide exceptional service.
We have great hours, no weekends, and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Check patients out at the end of their visit,assess patient financial responsibility, collect and post payment, and provide receipts.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to assist callers and route inquiries effectively
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, texting, faxing and other administrative duties
- Balance end of day books and close.
- Cross train in patient testing and charting
- Make referrals to other physician’s offices
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
- Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing,
- Strong computer literacy combined with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in reception roles such as medical or dental receptionist is advantageous
