Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist cum Admin & Billing professional, based in Mid Valley City The role includes front desk responsibilities such as greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries. The individual will also manage administrative tasks such as maintaining records, supporting operations, and performing billing and payment processing while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties for welcoming patients and managing inquiries effectively.
- Clerical Skills, including organizing, maintaining records, and handling billing processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with patients and team members.
- Customer Service experience to create a welcoming atmosphere and assist patients with inquiries and concerns.
- Attention to detail combined with time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with administrative and billing software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is a plus.
