Seeking an organized, motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a financial services company with several Financial Advisors.
The candidate best suited for this position will be highly proficient with computers and Microsoft office products, have excellent phone etiquette, be detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task and be an enthusiastic team player!
Qualifications:
One or more years of relevant experience
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and computers in general
Commitment to a focus on building and fostering relationships with clients, acting as a trusted liaison between the client and Office Manager and Advisors
Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Professional, personable and well-organized with a strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset and a comfort working with numbers
Responsibilities include:
General office duties: answering phones, taking messages and mail management
Populate and maintain CRM systems data and client files
Maintaining calendars and arranging appointments for all advisors
Typing, preparing and collating client reports/reviews
Maintaining and filing client files
Research unique and complex situations as they arise, working with the Office Manager and Advisor to resolve in a timely and professional manner
Timely and accurate updating and organizing of the Daily Status Report for all Advisors
Following up on all force business alerts and prepare paperwork as needed
Flexibility and willingness to tackle special projects as they arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour
