Overview:
The Sack Company is a long-standing and reputable organization focused in the construction industry. We are searching for a highly motivated candidate to grow with the team and act as the right-hand person to the Recruiting Manager. As a recruiter/HR generalist, you will have frequent interaction with business leaders and company ownership while being groomed for future advancement within the company. The role focuses on a variety of specific responsibilities and will be tailored to the individual’s interests and strengths.
Responsibilities:
Complete full cycle recruitment activities for salaried and hourly positions
Assist Recruiting Manager with HR and recruiting tasks
Maintain digital and physical records
Utilize ERP system to input data from onboarding / offboarding activities
Interact with upper-level leadership as well as Operations on a daily basis
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, HR, Business or related discipline a plus
Recent Grad
1 or more years of experience in a Recruitment or Human Resources role a plus
Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations
Motivated to grow and work in a variety of construction related positions
Excellent communicator – ability to communicate with various levels of employees and make connections with operations in the field
