About The Role

The client's priority is a candidate with solid hospitality recruitment experience, particularly in hiring roles such as chefs, sous chefs, kitchen staff, restaurant managers, and bar managers. They are looking for someone who understands hospitality recruitment workflows, role requirements, and sector-specific candidate pools. ATS experience is required, but experience with any comparable recruitment platform is acceptable.

This is an offshore-based role focused on the UK market, supporting UK-based roles, clients, and candidates.

What You'll Do

  • Support recruiters with day-to-day recruitment administration and coordination
  • Post and manage job advertisements across UK job boards and recruitment platforms
  • Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates for hospitality positions such as chefs, sous chefs, kitchen staff, restaurant managers, and bar managers
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and clients
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application progress and next steps
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance aligned to recruitment processes
  • Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems, trackers, and databases
  • Support talent pooling and pipeline management for active roles
  • Assist in general recruitment operations within a fast-paced agency environment
  • Always ensure confidentiality of candidate and client information

Job Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: 3+ years' experience in a recruitment agency environment, with proven hospitality recruitment experience across roles such as chefs, sous chefs, kitchen staff, restaurant managers, and bar managers.
  • Mandatory: Experience using recruitment platforms or applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Bullhorn, JobAdder, HubSpot CRM, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding) with strong administrative and coordination support in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with candidate onboarding and compliance processes a plus
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, and similar platforms)
