Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle and play a key role in connecting top talent with leading companies:
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment process: job posting → sourcing → screening → interviewing → offer → onboarding
- Prepare job descriptions and advertise roles across multiple platforms
- Conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
Talent Sourcing & Relationship Building
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Act as a career advisor, guiding candidates in their job search
Client Management & Business Development
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored hiring solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and grow client accounts
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and partnerships
Coordination & Offer Management
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Manage interview feedback and follow-ups professionally
- Negotiate salary packages and handle offer processes
- Ensure smooth onboarding for successful candidates
Who We’re Looking For
- Must have min 6 months – 1 year recruitment experience in Agency/BPO/Recruiting for clients.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to earn high income
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and proactive.
- Mandarin speaking candidates highly preferred to communicate with international candidates and clients.
