Job Description
- Lead and oversee SPX’s Risk & Compliance framework, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing monitoring
- Identify and assess enterprise risks, and partner with business teams to develop practical mitigation strategies
- Develop and maintain company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards in line with regulatory and business requirements
- Plan and manage internal and external audits, including regulatory and ISO-related audits
- Support and drive ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing clear guidance to internal stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact with regulators, government bodies, and relevant industry associations
- Monitor, report, and escalate key risk and compliance issues to management to support informed decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration from a reputable university
- 3–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, legal, or government relations
- Background or experience in logistics or operations-driven industries is highly advantageous
- Proven experience in building, strengthening, or scaling corporate risk and compliance processes
- Solid understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory compliance, including ISO standards
- Experience collaborating with regulators, government bodies, or external institutional stakeholders
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills to interpret complex requirements
