Job Responsibilities

1. Risk Governance: Manage and mitigate platform risks for Alibaba’s international e-commerce platforms, focusing on restricted/prohibited product listings and Intellectual Property (IP) protection.
2. Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key metrics and conduct data analysis to track risk trends and business changes, evaluate governance effectiveness, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
3. Strategy Optimization: Develop and refine governance solutions based on actual risk scenarios, including optimizing control standards, identification strategies, and enforcement actions.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Establish effective communication mechanisms with cross-functional teams (Industry, Legal, Product, etc.) to drive special governance projects, ensure effective risk control, and foster a healthy merchant ecosystem.

Qualifications

1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in product compliance, IP protection, or e-commerce risk management.
2. Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools. Strong data sensitivity with the ability to efficiently extract and analyze data, formulate effective solutions, and drive implementation.
3. Language & Global Mindset: Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for cross-border communication. A strong understanding of cultural diversity is required; overseas study or international work experience is highly preferred.
4. Soft Skills: Strong project management capabilities, excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, and a solid commercial acumen.
