Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Admin Team Leader to streamline our sales operations, manage contracts and orders, and coordinate cross-functional workflows between Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Handle sales hotline, generate quotations, and follow up with clients post-quote.
- Order & Contract Execution: Draft, track, and manage contracts, sales orders, and installation timelines.
- Procurement & Accounting Liaison: Coordinate with Purchasing for local/imported orders and Accounting for debt collection & settlements.
- Reporting & Documentation: Compile sales performance reports (weekly to yearly) and manage department archives/catalogs.
- Perform other management-assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Admin / Sales Support (Team Leader / Senior level preferred).
- Strong background in contract administration, quotation, and sales processes.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM/ERP systems, and English communication.
