Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to connect with customers. This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service, managing sales transactions, and supporting the overall operations of the sales department. A successful Sales Associate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage sales transactions accurately using phone systems and point-of-sale technology.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that all products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
Perform data entry tasks related to sales records and customer information.
Assist with calendar management for appointments and events as needed.
Provide clerical support to the sales team, including filing, documentation, and office management tasks.
Utilize Google Suite for various administrative functions, including creating documents and spreadsheets.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone or email.
Support bilingual communication efforts to assist a diverse customer base effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with phone systems and data entry processes is essential.
Experience in personal assistant or office management roles is a plus.
