Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator located in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. The Sales Support Coordinator will manage administrative tasks to support the sales team, ensure seamless communication with customers, handle inquiries, and contribute to customer satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring sales data, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on sales quotations accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and coordinate product samples for customers and sales staff
- Monitor and respond to government tender portals, including enquiries and submissions
- Handle and follow up on customer enquiries via company WhatsApp chats and group chats
- Maintain proper records for quotations, samples, tenders, and customer communications
- Provide general administrative and sales support to the office and sales team
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth daily operations
- Perform other related customer service or administrative duties as required
