We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and tech-savvy Sales Support Executive Assistant to support our leadership and CRM operations as we continue to scale.
Role Overview
This hybrid role blends high-level executive support with hands-on CRM administration and reporting. You’ll work closely with leadership in Sales and Marketing to streamline CRM processes, optimize workflows, and keep the business running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring data quality, campaign execution, and executive efficiency — making this a great role for someone eager to grow in SaaS operations, RevOps, or sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), ensuring data accuracy, clean pipelines, and well-structured records.
Create and manage CRM dashboards, reports, and workflows for sales/marketing stakeholders.
Support campaign tracking, lead lifecycle management, and marketing automation coordination.
Troubleshoot user issues and act as the first point of contact for CRM-related queries.
Assist in CRM onboarding and training for new hires.
Prepare CRM-based performance reports, slide decks, and meeting materials.
Track key action items, project timelines, and internal communications.
Help coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow-ups between GTM (go-to-market) teams.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in a CRM support, sales ops, or executive assistant role—preferably at a SaaS or tech company.
Hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting (e.g., pivot tables, data cleaning).
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; trusted to handle sensitive information.
