Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting sales, business development, client service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Support the General Manager in sales administration and client management

✅ Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records

✅ Prepare Power BI reports and sales performance dashboards

✅ Follow up on debtors and support account reconciliations

✅ Coordinate client requests and ensure excellent customer service

✅ Manage the GM's calendar, meetings, and administrative requirements

✅ Source supplier quotations and support procurement activities

✅ Assist with CAPEX costing, budgeting, and reconciliation

✅ Support advertising operations and business development initiatives

Requirements:

✔ Degree in Marketing, Sales, Administration or related field

✔ Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Support or Administration

✔ Strong CRM and Power BI skills

✔ Excellent communication and organizational abilities

✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

✔ Experience in advertising, OOH media, or marketing is an advantage
