We have an opening for a full time in-office Scheduling Coordinator who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our nationally franchised, but locally owned and operated agency that has been a leader in the Salt Lake City area for the past 12 years.

Scheduling Coordinator Benefits include:

Competitive pay ranges between – $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

1 week/year Paid Time Off

Medical benefits through Medallus Instacare for $10/month

Time and half pay for major holidays with many of them off

Liability, Workers Comp, and unemployment insurance.

Scheduling Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:

Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties

Manage and maintain the weekly schedule to ensure client coverage

Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays

Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients

Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process

Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients

Ability to provide client care through on call coverage some evenings and rotating weekends depending on need.

Scheduling Coordinator Requirements:

Experience – Personal/work experience with care for the elderly and/or disabled a plus. Scheduling and Business admin experience preferred.

Computers – Position uses Google Docs and several other cloud based systems. A general comfort with office computer skills needed

Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, phone skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills

Characteristics – This is an autonomous position reporting directly to the administrator, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.

Caregiving – This position may also offer the opportunity for client care and occasionally managing the on call if needed

Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri.
