Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the Operation Supervisor and Branch Manager, performing various administrative functions in accordance with established procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Assist with Scheduling of Inspection and Service work
- Monitoring and reviewing inspection reports, work orders, impairment and correction notices
- Upload inspection reports and impairments to compliance engine and other entities that require reporting
- Providing backup support for the department team when needed
Additional duties will be assigned once you become familiar with our systems and processes. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can work well with direction and is flexible to learn new things.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Past accounting experience is preferred
- Prior experience with Service Trade scheduling system is preferred but not required
- Prior experience with reporting systems such as compliance engine, BSI, Vepo, and Invirotrax is preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and resources efficiently
- Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
