Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Secretary role based in Mayangone. The Secretary will perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, preparing and organizing documents, maintaining records, and scheduling meetings and appointments. The role involves supporting executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordination of internal and external meetings. The Secretary will handle phone calls and visitor inquiries, provide customer service to clients and partners, and assist with basic company secretarial work such as document filing and record keeping in line with company procedures. The position requires close coordination with project and support teams to ensure smooth office operations and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Strong clerical skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Effective communication skills for handling correspondence, calls, and interactions with internal teams and external clients.
- Experience in company secretarial work, including organizing corporate documents and maintaining compliance-related records.
- Proven executive administrative assistance capabilities, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Customer service skills to manage inquiries, support visitors, and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role; experience in engineering, oil and gas, or construction sectors is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
