CSC is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Senior Corporate Administrator to join our team in Dublin. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys supporting business operations, driving office efficiency, and coordinating activities across a busy and fast-paced team.
You will act as the central administrative hub for the team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations through effective coordination, document management, stakeholder communication, and office support. The successful candidate will take ownership of administrative processes, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and provide high-quality support across a range of business activities. The estimated salary range for this role is €40,000 to €50,000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender‑neutral compensation framework
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrative support for the team, coordinating cross-functional requests and facilitating effective communication across departments.
- Maintain organised digital filing and archiving systems, including SharePoint and other internal platforms, ensuring records and operational trackers remain accurate and up to date.
- Manage team diaries, coordinate meetings, arrange logistics, and support scheduling requirements.
- Assist with expense tracking and general administrative support for the wider team.
- Oversee facilities-related administration and coordinate relationships with external vendors and service providers, including maintenance, utilities, office supplies, and notaries.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and maintain business documentation, presentations, reports, and team materials.
- Support internal projects and team initiatives by tracking actions, coordinating updates, and assisting with project administration.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions to improve team effectiveness and business processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Key Competencies
- 3-5 years of administrative experience within a corporate, professional services, legal, financial services, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong experience working with SharePoint and document management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong proofreading, document formatting, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence when dealing with confidential matters.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
