As the organisation continues to expand, we are building a collaborative and agile team to support our growth. The Senior HR and Admin Executive will support the day-to-day Human Resources and office administration functions for our Singapore office. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, payroll administration, statutory compliance and office operations while contributing to the smooth running of a lean and evolving organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Director in the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration and maintaining employee records.
- Manage monthly in-house payroll processing, including data collation, verification of salary changes and claims, CPF submissions, IRAS reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of employee benefits, insurance enrolments, and other HR-related documentation.
- Oversee general office administration, including office maintenance, renovation coordination, procurement, visa application, work pass application / renewal, vendor and contract management, season parking and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with external service providers and support internal HR or office-related initiatives including ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR and office administration experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on in-house end-to-end payroll processing and income tax filing experience (essential).
- Good understanding of local employment regulations and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM, TAFAP).
- Demonstrates a mature, hands-on and professional approach to work, exercising sound judgement, adapting to changing business priorities and handling confidential employee and business information with integrity and discretion.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with payroll software and HR information systems.
- Ability to commence employment within a short notice period will be highly preferred.
- This is a full-time on-site role based in Changi Business.
