What You’ll Do
– Own and manage tax workflow from intake to filing
– Ensure all client documents are complete and review-ready
– Coordinate tax return assembly, e-filing, and tracking
– Lead client communication and follow-ups
– Support and guide junior administrative staff
– Maintain CRM/workflow systems (TaxDome)
– Identify and solve workflow bottlenecks
– Support onboarding and client experience
– Assist with billing and engagement tracking

What You Bring
– 2+ years in a tax/accounting firm
– Experience managing workflows and deadlines
