High-level Job Purpose Statement

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. As Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation of our existing procedures, maintaining quality control, and upholding franchise policies. Your responsibilities will include building checklists, establishing quality assurance processes, and supervising operational activities in the service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow up on related Admin tasks related to ASD Office such as but not limited to Uniform tracking, Kissflow request submission, Reporting.
  • Follow up on Customer satisfaction KPI’s and related data submission and follow up such as NPS, Google review and Customer contact us inquires.
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting.
  • Maintain a comprehensive checklist for various processes, ensuring that all steps are followed accurately.
  • Build and implement quality control measures to ensure high standards are met consistently.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational activities to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimized performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to franchise policies and procedures.
  • Train and educate team members on the correct implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify non-compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
  • Continuously update and refine existing procedures based on industry best practices and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Monthly Data Analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience

  • 1 – 3 years in the similar field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies and quality control practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in developing checklists and implementing quality assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with operational and quality control standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to train and educate others on policies and procedures.
