Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Administrator to join our Victoria branch. The Service Administrator plays a key role in providing daily administrative and clerical support that enables efficient service operations. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working on a computer throughout the day, and enjoys being a reliable team player. This position is fully in office Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm (some flexibility with start/end time).

A Day in the Life

Manage a high volume of service files and documentation

Support Accounts Receivable activities

Maintain accurate customer and service information

Communicate with customers and internal service teams to support daily operations

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Respond to service-related inquiries and assist with dispatching crews as needed
Required Qualifications

Strong computer skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Positive attitude with a team-oriented and adaptable mindset
- Has own vehicle and valid driver's license to commute daily to the branch
- Invoicing experience
- Exposure to Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience in a construction or service-related environment
- Post-secondary education in administration or business
