Job Description
Serves as the senior human resources leader responsible for the delivery of human resources programs and services to multiple locations in support of Kaleida’s strategic initiatives and principles. Provides leadership to all HR staff at assigned Sites as well as ensuring departments within assigned facilities are operating in compliance with all labor, regulatory and human resource laws and regulations. Provides advice and consultation to site senior leadership on HR related issues.
Education And Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration. Masters degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
Experience
Requires 10+ years of professional HR experience, with at least 7 years in HR management position. Experience in Union environment required. Demonstrated ability to manage projects of significant scope. Ability to communicate to diverse audiences requiring expertise in all facets of professional written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills required. Proven ability to facilitate and lead change helpful. Comfortable supporting and enforcing Corporate decisions, even those that may be unpopular. Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management teams, clinical and non-clinical. Expertise in Microsoft Office software applications required.

Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate’s experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
