POSITION INFO:
Stores / Warehouse Duties
- Receive and check stock against supplier/customer paperwork.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Ensure correct documentation is attached to all orders.
- Dispatch deliveries timeously and accurately.
- Assist with stock counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Report any damages, shortages, breakages, or negligence immediately.
- Keep the stores area clean, organised, and safe.
- Assist with general branch and operational duties when required.
Internal Sales / Branch Support Duties
- Assist with customer communication when required.
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Assist with basic quotations and sales support.
- Respond to emails and branch enquiries.
- Complete call logs and customer follow-ups.
- Communicate important customer feedback internally.
- Support the branch team with general admin and sales-related tasks.
Deliveries
- Assist with customer deliveries when needed.
- Ensure goods are delivered safely, correctly, and with the correct paperwork.

Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Valid Driver’s Licence is compulsory.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products will be an advantage.
- Previous stores, warehouse, counter sales, or internal sales experience will be beneficial.
- Computer literacy.
- Good communication and telephone skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Must be able to work well with a team.
- Must be flexible and willing to assist across different areas of the branch.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in stores, warehousing, electrical sales, internal sales, or a related field.
- Electrical switchgear or electrical wholesale experience will be an advantage.
