Role Description We are looking for a passionate and organized Student Coordinator to join our team in Colombo 05. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective and enrolled students, coordinating the admissions process, responding to student inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth and positive student experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student services, customer service, administration, or the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a student-centric approach.
- Experience with student management systems or CRM software will be an added advantage.
