Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Support Officer located in one of our campuses. The Student Support Officer will be responsible for providing customer service, technical support, and utilizing analytical and interpersonal skills to assist students with their academic needs on a day-to-day basis.

Customer Service and Technical Support experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team
Experience in an educational setting is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
