We are looking for an end-to-end operator who treats the studio like their own business. If you are ready to roll up your sleeves, handle the daily grind, manage the team, and take full, proactive responsibility for the performance and vibe of our space, this is for you. The buck stops with you.
What You’ll Do
- Complete Studio Ownership: Take full accountability for the daily physical and virtual operations. If a lightbulb is out, a client is unhappy, or a system glitches, you fix it.
- Drive Studio Performance: You own the studio's operational success. You’ll track performance, optimize class schedules, and implement ideas to improve client retention and studio efficiency.
- Lead from the Front: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing desk staff. You don’t just manage from afar; you coach, inspire, and set the standard for what premium service looks like.
- End-to-End Execution: Seamlessly bounce between high-level scheduling and hands-on administrative tasks across HR, finance, and customer service.
- Continuous Improvement: We don’t do things "just because that's how it's always been done." You will constantly look for ways to streamline processes, cut friction, and elevate the client experience.

- A Master Coordinator & Problem Solver: You think fast on your feet. When schedules clash, instructors drop out, or tech fails, you stay calm, collected, and solution-oriented.
- A People Person with Backbone: You have excellent communication skills, can manage diverse personalities (both clients and staff), and know how to hold a team accountable while being a supportive leader.
- Genuinely Passionate: You have a love for hospitality, client experience, and a sound knowledge of (or passion for) the yoga and pilates industry.
