The role
You’ll own supply chain end-to-end: from placing manufacturing orders with our suppliers to coordinating freight into our destination markets (MY, SG, and ID once live).
What we’re looking for
Your job title and degree are not our priority. We want someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people, managing relationships, and keeping things on track when a lot is moving at once.
Must haves:
- Mandarin* is non-negotiable. It’s the primary language used to coordinate supply & logistics
- English* is our internal working language. Written and spoken fluency required
- Confidence with numbers. You’ll work with sales & production data; spreadsheets shouldn’t intimidate you
- Natural multitasker, organised, a planner at heart
- Enjoys building relationships and keeping external partners accountable
- Works independently and flags problems early
Bonus points:
- Background in coordination-heavy work e.g. events, admin, ops, or anything where you kept a complex process on track
- Exposure to Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms
- Startup experience
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end order management with China suppliers (MOs & POs)
- Freight coordination into all active markets
- Inventory and restock tracking
- Import documentation and compliance across markets
- Replenishment coordination with retail partners and distributors
