We’re a fast-moving managed IT services company supporting oil and gas clients across the country. We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven System Administrator who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and knows how to juggle multiple client environments without dropping the ball.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — provisioning, group policies, conditional access, license management
• Administering Okta for SSO, MFA, and app integrations
• Supporting SaaS integrations including Salesforce and similar platforms
• Laptop imaging and setup, printer troubleshooting, software installs, end-user support
• Diagnosing and resolving network, authentication, and hardware issues
• Documenting client environments and changes clearly
What we’re looking for
• Hands-on Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD experience
• Okta administration (SSO, MFA, app assignments)
• Microsoft 365 admin familiarity — Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune a plus
• Salesforce or similar SaaS integration experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoints, networking basics, and peripherals
• Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical users
Nice to have
• MSP background
• Ubiquiti networking experience
• Oil and gas industry exposure
