Our Client is a leading global real estate investment manager with a long-standing track record in acquiring, developing and operating large-scale, high-profile assets across major international markets. With a strong focus on innovation, community-building and investor engagement, the Company combines deep market expertise with a forward-looking approach to capital raising and client servicing.
They are seeking a Team Assistant to provide essential day-to-day administrative and organisational support across their Equity Capital Markets team.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Equity Capital Markets team, including the Managing Director and senior team members
- Manage and coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and organise travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Prepare, format and proofread documents, presentations and reports to a consistently high standard
- Support the coordination of investor meetings, roadshows and team events, including logistics and room bookings
- Maintain and update contact databases and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy of records
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Legal, Finance and Compliance on administrative matters
- Assist with ad hoc projects and provide general team support as needed
Your Profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or team support role, ideally within financial services, real estate or a professional services environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
- Proactive and professional, with a high level of discretion and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working in an international environment; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
