At Mezink, we run high-volume, performance-driven TikTok affiliate campaigns across multiple markets.
We are looking for operators, not coordinators.
This role is purely execution. You will be responsible for managing scale, driving output, and ensuring creators deliver consistently.
What You’ll Work On
- High-scale TikTok affiliate campaigns across markets including Spain, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia
Core Expectations
- Manage 100+ active affiliate KOLs per month
- Drive 500+ videos/month from your creator pool
- Own daily output, follow-ups, and delivery timelines
- Maintain strict pipeline tracking and status updates
Key Responsibilities
- Source, onboard, and activate TikTok affiliate creators at scale
- Manage end-to-end execution: outreach, onboarding, briefing, posting
- Push creators consistently to meet content targets
- Track and manage: Sample requests, Content status, Posting timelines
- Work with TikTok Affiliate Center for daily operations
- Continuously follow up with inactive or delayed KOLs to maintain momentum
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in TikTok affiliate / influencer operations
- Proven experience handling high-volume creator execution
- Strong working knowledge of TikTok Affiliate Center
- Highly process-driven with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Takes ownership and pushes for output
