Position: Trading floor Team Assistant/PA for Top City Investment Bank 12mths/ temp to perm

Starting as a Float Assistant, you’ll gain exposure to different teams, working closely with senior-level professionals and building your network on the trading floor. What you’ll do:
Own the scheduling game: manage calendars, calls, and emails like a pro
Organize meetings, conferences, and events that make an impact
Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reports with ease
Jump into ad-hoc projects while keeping things running smoothly around the office
Keep the team stocked and ready to go by managing supplies
45+ hours a week with paid overtime (time and a half!)
Full in-office experience on the trading floor, learning from the best in the business!
