Job Title: Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain shipment data in the system.
  • Track courier shipments and update status in real-time.
  • Coordinate with delivery staff, warehouse teams, and branch offices.
  • Handle customer queries related to shipment status, delays, and deliveries.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of dispatch and delivery.
  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing parcels.
  • Verify billing details, COD (Cash on Delivery) records, and payments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of logistics data.
  • Support operations team in route planning and scheduling.
  • Communicate with clients via phone/email regarding shipment updates.

Required Skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email handling).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
  • Problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience in logistics, courier, or back office work preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Office-based job.
  • May require rotational shifts depending on courier operations.

Salary Range (India)

  • 15,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on experience and location).
