This is a full-time, on-site role for a USA eCommerce Specialist based in Johor, Malaysia. The specialist will oversee product listings, perform competitive analysis, manage online sales performance, and provide account management for eCommerce platforms specific to the USA market. Key responsibilities include optimizing product visibility, analyzing sales trends, generating performance reports, and collaborating across teams to execute successful sales strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management: Oversee daily operations for Mirakl platforms, BestBuy, and other US e-commerce channels.
- Listing Optimization: Create and refine high-converting product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and enhanced visual content.
- Growth Strategy: Implement digital marketing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the US retail calendar (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
- Data Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and inventory levels, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize ROI and conversion rates.
- Customer Excellence: Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey, maintaining high seller ratings and brand reputation.
- ERP Data Management: Maintain real-time synchronization in Odoo by accurately tracking and updating all sales orders, purchase orders, returns, and refunds.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success in e-commerce management.
- Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with US e-commerce platforms and a strong drive to learn new tools and markets.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with digital marketing, product listing SEO, and e-commerce analytics.
