Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various projects related to USDA Inspections, among other warehouse roles and tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Promote cargo certification with the USDA
2. Maintain constant communication with clients
3. Capture daily operations in the internal system and on the USDA portal
4. Enter our warehouse in cold storage to perform, among other things: pre-inspection of cargo, accompany the inspector, take photographic evidence, conduct inventories, measure weights, etc.
5. Generate reports.
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in customer service
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse work
Use of technology, such as phone and computer programs
