Key Responsibilities:
– Spender Management:Analyze spender behavior and spending patterns.
– Develop and implement strategies to retain high-value spenders.
– Create personalized experiences to enhance spender satisfaction.
VIP Management:
– Design and execute VIP programs to reward and incentivize top spenders.
– Provide exceptional support and tailored services to VIP users.
– Monitor VIP activity and proactively address their needs.
Activity Management:
– Plan and coordinate engaging activities and events for spenders.
– Track activity participation and measure impact on spending.
– Continuously improve and innovate activity offerings.
Revenue Growth:
– Set and achieve revenue growth targets.
– Identify opportunities to increase spending among existing customers.
– Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement revenue-boosting initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Monitor KPIs related to spender behavior and revenue.
– Generate regular reports on spender activity, retention, and revenue growth.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management or similar role.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Fluency in local language and English, Chinese is a plus.
– Experience with Office software and data analysis tools.
