This is a hands:on, varied role:perfect if you enjoy a mix of front desk interaction, behind:the:scenes setup, and keeping everything running like clockwork.
The Role
- Part:time, shift:based (including evenings and weekends)
What Youll Be Doing
- Welcome guests and create a calm, positive first impression
- Manage bookings, payments, and day:to:day enquiries
- Support classes, retreats, and visiting practitioners
- Set up and reset studios and treatment spaces
- Keep all areas clean, organised, and beautifully presented
- Help with admin, stock checks, and basic reporting
- Support health and safety processes, including pool testing

- Friendly, confident, and naturally guest:focused
- Organised, practical, and able to juggle tasks
- Proactive with a hands:on approach
- Comfortable working solo and as part of a team
- Flexible with shifts
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, or wellbeing is a plus (but not essential)
