Role Overview

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and help keep the organization operating efficiently during a period of rapid growth. This person will manage scheduling, communications, travel, recruiting coordination, and key operational priorities while working closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and travel
  • Coordinate meetings with customers, investors, candidates, and partners
  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups
  • Track priorities and ensure action items are completed
  • Support recruiting coordination and candidate communications
  • Assist with internal operations and special projects

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly dependable
  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or executive
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
