CURRENT WILMINGTON, OHIO RESIDENTS
Are you a professional experienced outbound telemarketer?
We Need You:We are looking for a professional experienced outbound telemarketer with a minimum of 2–3 years of outbound calling experience to assist us in following up with small business owners from our list of targeted leads.
Our Problem:We have an overflow of contacts to that we want to send helpful information (how we compare to their current website design and online marketing service) and we need help following up with them by phone to determine whether or not they have a real reason to switch and a high level of motivation to do so. This process is already in place and successful, we are simply looking for more telemarketing help.
Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to our database of small businesses (no prospecting).
Report real-time activity into our CRM system (HubSpot).
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract to sign.
Meet weekly and monthly goals for the number of calls and sales made.
Open and close our office, along with talking with walk-in customers.
Qualifications:
Exceptional phone and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
Internet savvy (we are a remote company and rely heavily on software).
Job Type:Full-Time (40 hours per week).
Pay:From $16.00 per hour.
