As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant – Finance & Property Management to support finance operations, tenant management, property administration, and local compliance processes across our Abu Dhabi assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks.
  • Maintain organized records, contracts, tenant files, and company documents.
  • Coordinate with tenants, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and management updates.

Finance Support

  • Process invoices, receipts, and payment requests.
  • Track tenant rent collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain financial records and assist with monthly reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with the finance team regarding expenses, budgets, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets.

Property Management Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding administrative matters.
  • Manage tenancy contracts, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers.
  • Monitor occupancy records and maintain tenant databases.
  • Assist in handling tenant communications and property-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Finance, Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with tenants, lease agreements, rent collections, and property administration is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
  • Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given preference.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or residential property management.
  • Familiarity with property management software and accounting systems.
  • Understanding of UAE tenancy and property administration processes.
