Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Communication: Respond to customer and team inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with a warm phone demeanor and clear follow-through.

Scheduling & Calendar Coordination: Manage appointment scheduling and calendars across our CRM (DripJobs) and Calendly to support field operations and customer needs.

Operations & Invoice Support: Process customer invoicing, maintain accurate records across workflows, track and report weekly payroll hours to our tax professional, and troubleshoot tech tools as needed.

Workflow & Process Management: Keep our Google Workspace and Slack environments organized, prepare business documents with high accuracy, and proactively track tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items to keep work moving forward on time.

What We’re Looking For:
Self-Reliant & Adaptable: You balance independent ownership with responsive support, exercising sound judgment in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. Tech-

Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Proficient with typing, common office software, and digital CRM platforms, maintaining a high standard for accuracy in all records and documentation.

Warm & Customer-Focused: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a helpful, professional presence.

Background: Previous administrative, office coordination, or operations support experience preferred (experience in residential service, construction, or home services is a plus). High school diploma or equivalent required. Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5.0 per week
