Job Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis & Review Monitor and break down daily fiat channel performance metrics, including deposit success rate, trading volume, fee revenue, ROI, and user conversion funnel. Identify underperforming channels or strategies based on data, propose optimization plans, and follow up on implementation.
  2. Campaign Planning & Regional Growth Design and execute promotion campaigns such as zero/low-fee deposits, new user first-deposit rewards, and trading competitions to boost fiat trading volume and active users. Conduct market research on local fiat policies, competitor activities, and user payment habits across different countries to develop tailored regional growth strategies.
  3. Product Optimization & Delivery Continuously improve the end-to-end user experience for quick buy, U-card, and P2P pages to increase conversion rate from registration to first fiat deposit. Translate operational pain points and user feedback into technical requirements, and coordinate with R&D and QA teams to accelerate feature iteration.
  4. Risk Control & Compliance Management Collaborate closely with the Risk Control team to monitor fiat transactions for fraud, black money, and money laundering risks, preventing freezing of platform or user bank accounts. Handle P2P transaction disputes (e.g., buyer paid but seller did not release coins, malicious appeals) and drive automation of the appeal process.
  5. Channel Acquisition & Business Development (BD) Expand and integrate third-party payment providers, banks, gateways, and local payment methods (credit cards, e-wallets, wire transfers, etc.) globally. Evaluate new channels on fee rates, stability, compliance risks, and settlement cycles to minimize deposit/withdrawal costs for the exchange.
  6. P2P / OTC Merchant Ecosystem Management Recruit and onboard high-volume fiat P2P merchants globally, setting entry criteria and performance standards. Monitor fiat order books to ensure sufficient liquidity and competitive exchange rates for major currencies (USD, EUR, VND, etc.). Maintain relationships with key merchants, manage reserve funds, and ensure deposit/withdrawal channels remain stable during market volatility.

Requirements:

  1. Industry Experience & Background 2+ years of experience in CEX exchanges, cross-border payment companies, digital wallets, or large cross-border e-commerce payment operations. Familiar with global fiat on/off-ramp models (P2P/OTC, credit cards, local e-wallets, wire transfers, U-cards, etc.). Candidates with existing networks of overseas PSPs or high-quality P2P merchants are preferred.
  2. Language & Cross-Cultural Communication English as a working language with excellent cross-border business negotiation and email communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Russian, etc.) is a strong plus.
  3. Risk Management & Compliance Awareness Solid knowledge of AML, CFT, and card scheme (Visa/Mastercard) compliance rules. High sensitivity to black-industry, money laundering, and fraud risks, with practical experience handling bank account freezes and malicious disputes.
  4. Data & Product Capabilities Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Python; able to independently analyze conversion funnels and identify channel issues. Strong ability to translate operational needs into product requirements (PRD) and collaborate with international R&D and testing teams.
