Job Requierement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Accounting, or Mathematics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or payroll administration
- Strong understanding of PPh 21 income tax, and BPJS health/social security compliance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience managing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Ability to handle salary benchmarking, payroll processing, budget modeling, and total rewards design
- Strong data analysis, high accuracy with numbers, and strict confidentiality
- Good English communication skills Able to speak Mandarin is a plus
Job Description
- Prepare & Calculate payroll data : overtime, allowances, and other components
- Manage mandatory BPJS Kesehatan (healthcare) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (social security/employment) enrollments and monthly payments (Registration, deactivation, and payment processes)
- Administer private medical insurances or company-provided allowances
- Conduct salary bench marking and market surveys
- Design job grading, evaluation systems, and compensation structures
