This individual will be responsible for coordinating flights, hotels, and organizing events and conference meetings, ensuring seamless executive support. They should be adept at scheduling meetings, responding to emails on the executive’s behalf, and preparing necessary documents. Additionally, the candidate will be instrumental in managing travel arrangements, leveraging their experience in the travel industry to enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

Calendar management for executives, including scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements

Assist executives in preparing for meetings, with a focus on organizing travel logistics for events and conferences

Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives, demonstrating knowledge of travel agency protocols and procedures

Draft and create slides, meeting notes, and documents tailored to the specific requirements of executive travel and event coordination.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Previous experience in a travel agency or similar industry, with a proven track record in coordinating flights, hotels, and organizing events and conferences

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics, with a specific focus on travel agency operations

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
